An inquiry does not reserve a date or confirm a booking. Your written service agreement governs the services you book, including the scope, fees, payment schedule, vendor responsibilities, cancellation terms and refund arrangements.

SMS program and message categories

Ideas Events & Beyond, Inc. offers optional texts about inquiries, appointment reminders, booking details and event coordination. If you separately choose promotional texts, we may send event announcements, invitations and offers. Messages may use automated technology. We send only the categories you selected.

Enrollment and charges

Enroll by providing a mobile number you are authorized to use and actively selecting an SMS option. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from our messaging program. We may send one final confirmation of your request; further program messages will stop unless you provide fresh consent.
